How the firm is run
Structure.
Each strategy is led by a managing partner who sits on the firm's investment committee. The value creation, sustainability, and investor relations teams report to the managing partners but operate independently of any single strategy.
The firm does not have a separate fundraising team. Every partner is responsible for limited partner relationships in their region, and investor relations supports that work rather than owning it.
