How we hire
What to expect.
Every role follows the same five-step process. We aim to make an offer within four weeks of the first conversation.
- Application review. A partner and the team lead review every application. We respond within five business days.
- First conversation. A 45-minute call with the hiring manager to walk through your background and the role.
- Case study. A written or modeling case study, scoped to the role. We do not ask for free work on a live deal.
- Panel day. Four 45-minute conversations with the team you would join and one cross-functional partner.
- References and offer. Two professional references, then an offer within five business days of the panel.
